6. Silverlight / WPF - needs to be proficient in this i.e. exp required
7. Prism (advantageous) - Knowledge / experience in this would be very beneficial
8. Entity Framework - Knowledge of this is required, experience will help a lot
9. RIA Services - Knowledge of RIA or data services will help a lot
10. Linq (beneficial)
