Job openings

We like to meet the stakeholders in person to gain an understanding of how the company works, to see the environment in which the staff operate, understand the corporate culture and to get to know the management. We aim at creating partnerships and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Searching
We have a finely tuned search process which combines the strengths of our staff with cutting edge systems. Our database comprises 15 000 highly skilled candidates. We subscribe to the most popular E-recruitment sites to locate the best candidates; however, many candidates approach us directly when they are looking for new opportunities.
DataFin Interviews
Applications for advertised vacancies are screened and targeted applicants are interviewed to determine their skills and check their competencies. The candidate's CV is standardised during the interview with DataFin. This makes it easy for the client to find information during interviews. Many clients and candidates have expressed their satisfaction with this CV format.
Referrals
We draw up a list of the candidates who closely match the skill set, culture and other requirements. We then contact the suitable candidates to inquire whether they would be interested in being sent to the specific client. The short listed CV's are e-mailed to the client for assessment.
Client Interviews
The client lets us know which candidate they would like to see and we then make the appropriate arrangements. We provide candidates with the job spec, insight on the environment, managers, staff and culture, contact details and directions of the company. We encourage candidates to research the company prior to the interview.
Placements
Our consultant will negotiate on behalf of the candidate with regard to issues such as salary, start date and relocation expenses.
Invoicing
After the placement has been finalised, DataFin emails a pdf invoice to the client on the day that the candidate commences employment. To validate our guarantee system, fees must be paid within 14 days of invoicing. Our guarantee entitles a client to a free replacement, should the candidate leave the service of the employer for any reason other than retrenchment. This is dependant on the client providing DataFin with written notice within 14 days of the candidate's departure.
Evaluation
Follow-up calls are made with the client and candidate to check the extent of their satisfaction regarding the achievement of objectives. We use this feedback from our clients to measure the success of the placement. When there are performance problems or complaints, DataFin participates in disciplinary proceedings. On-going assessments are done with the client to ensure that our service meets the required standards and expectations.
